Outlook2013/2016 查询功能无法使用

症状

Outlook2013/2016 在win7/win10系统中使用查询的时候提示:出现错误，无法完成你的搜索(something went wrong and your search couldn’t be completed)
重启系统，重启服务，重建索引均无法解决时，请进入卸载软件界面，点击windows 更新那边，找到 KB4022722/KB4022719 卸载后重启重建索引即可。
